The Paxis whilst on the surface looks like your typical pack has an ingenious lower capsule they have called “the shuttle pod” that swings out and wrapping around your body to fit snuggly in front of you allowing free access to gear. The ARC arm is released from the front of the pack with a pull handle and once you have changed your lure or re-tied a rig it can be easily swung back behind you and your casting again.
